Work together even if it\u2019s not your project. It\u2019s best to be productive, whether for you or someone else – and it\u2019s essential<\/span><\/a> for business growth.<\/p>\n

Find a few hours each week where – instead of bouncing around the internet – you ask a colleague how you can help them on a project. Sometimes teamwork comes from unexpected sources. Sister Jean, the 98-year old Team Chaplain for the Cinderella Loyola-Chicago basketball team, has become \u201cthe face of the team\u201d and an inspiration to millions of new fans across the country. And now Sister Jean is selflessly putting her fame to good use for the school\u2019s athletic program and her charity: she\u2019s allowing her name and image to be used on all types of branded merchandise, including t-shirts, hats, and bobbleheads.<\/p>\n

Per ESPN\u2019s article<\/span><\/a>, “Licensing royalties for Sister Jean product, except for the bobblehead, are set up to support the Loyola Athletic Fund, which supports the funding of the program’s athletes. The bobblehead splits the proceeds between the school’s fund and Sister Jean’s Sisters of Charity of the Blessed Virgin Mary.”<\/p>\n
