ABOUT PAA
PAA members include demographers, sociologists, economists, public health professionals, and other individuals interested in research and education in the population field. The Population Association of America (PAA) is a nonprofit, scientific, professional organization established to promote the improvement, advancement and progress of the human race through research of problems related to human population.
The PAA Annual Meeting provides a forum for the presentation of scientific papers, workshops, discussion groups and job opportunities.
PAA membership has grown to 3,000 reflecting professional interest in the population field. PAA members receive Demography, the quarterly journal of the Association and PAA Affairs, the quarterly newsletter.
All orders must be in writing with a sample of the literature to be mailed attached. If the final copy is not available, a reasonable facsimile is acceptable.
The literature must be professional, nondiscriminatory, and of interest to a broad segment of PAA members.
Rentals are subject to approval by PAA. PAA reserves the right to refuse any list order.
