Subscribers to FIRST DRAFT are organizational
editors who edit and write corporate
publications.  These individuals are
responsible for organizing the copy and design
of the publication and seeing that deadlines
are met.  They subscribe to FIRST DRAFT
because it saves them time by providing them
filler stories, articles, and cartoons that
can be used to break up the long text or add
some humor to the publication.  These
individuals have direct control of purchasing
decisions related to their organization's
publication and will be receptive to a wide
range of offers.

Re-uses must be submitted for clearance prior
to mailings.

If an order has been processed and is
cancelled before the mail date, fees include
$12.50/M run charge.  If an order has shipped
and it is before the mail date fees include:
$50/F cancellation fee, $12.50/M run charges
plus format and shipping fees.  If order has
been processed, shipped after the mail date
the order must be paid in full.
