manager immediately.  Failure to advise list
owner/manager will place you in violation of
terms of the list rental agreement.

Payment is due 30 days after receipt of invoice.

Please allow two weeks from receipt of order to
shipment of labels.

Orders will be shipped via Email or UPS Second
Day Air unless otherwise specified.

All orders cancelled after production are
subject to a cancellation fee equal to the
charge for a minimum order ($375).
